WE STRIVE TO SHIP YOUR ORDER FOR IN-STOCK ITEM AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. HOWEVER, BECAUSE OF SHIPPING, CUSTOM DELAY AND MATTERS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL, OUR STATEMENTS AS TO USUAL SHIPPING TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEES OR PROMISES THAT A PRODUCT WILL SHIP ON A SPECIFIC DAY. IF YOU WISH TO FIND OUT THE EXPECTED DATE OF SHIPMENT ON A PARTICULAR ITEM OR ORDER, YOU MAY TRACE YOUR PACKAGE WITH THE INFO THAT WE PROVIDED OR EMAIL US AT CUSTOMERCARE@ZCOVER.COM..
Order Cut-Off Times
All online orders shipped from zCover.com will be shipped out from Canada. Each order must be credit approved and transmitted to our Shipping Department by 1:00pm PST.
Any in-stock item order which is placed and/or credit approved after the cut-off time will be shipped next business day. Orders placed during weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day. We currently provide no price protection after the purchase is made.
Shipping Options
Shipping charge is based on your order's weight, dimension, and shipping destination with the service that you selected. zCover reserves the right to select our own designated carrier to provide your selected service. We provide different options of shipping methods which are depend on the service availability in your local area.
GROUND: Only available for shipping location within Canada & 48 Contiguous United States where courier ground service is provided. Estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days with tracking info provided. Physical address is required.
EXPEDITED: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days with tracking info provided. Physical address is required.
POSTALL SERVICE: Canada postal service is another option for cost saving. PO Box is accepted. Estimated delivery time 1-7 weeks. NO tracking info will be provided.
Terms & Condition:
- Any single order's value over USD 200.00 may cost Custom delay. Brokerage, Custom & Duty fee may be charged by the Custom. Customer is solely responsible for any tariffs, customs or fees. zCover is not liable for shipping that is refused because customer failed to account for customers fees and tariffs.
- No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. zCover will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. zCover will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.
- With any courier service, physical address is a MUST. PO Box is NOT accepted by any courier as a deliverable address.
- Estimated delivery time for in-stock items is from the next day of shipment pick up date, exclude Saturday, Sunday and holiday (Canada or your local country's holiday). Order may be delayed due to custom, weather condition or any uncontrollable or unexpected reasons. Once the order is shipped, zCover is not responsible for any delay due to any circumstances.
- With standard courier delivery service, signature MAY or MAY NOT be required. It is solely up to the courier driver's discretion to decide whether it's needed or not. Driver has the right to leave your package on the doorway without asking any signature whenever he justifies it's safe to do so.
- zCover attempts to keep its customers informed when an order is delayed; however we are not responsible for any consequential damages as a result of any delays.
- zCover tries our best to assist customer to monitor, trace, or speed up the order while it's necessary. But we are unable to guaranty for any solution which is out of our control.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
NO Ground Service is provided to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. Expedited or Canada Post Air are the options for the locations above with different shipping rate apply. There will be NO tracking info for any Canada Post Air service.
Shipping to Canada
All shipments to Canada are Duty and Customs Free. Customer is responsible for applicable Canadian taxes.
Shipping outside North America
- International shipping rates apply to all orders shipped outside U.S. and Canada.
- International orders can be shipped via:
- Expedited Service: Estimated delivery time 1-3 business days with tracking info provided
- Canada Post International Air: Estimated delivery time 7-14 business days WITHOUT tracking info provided, with up to $100.00 limited insurance.
- No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office
- Shipping fee is NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason of unclaimed or undelivered package returned to zCover in their original un-open condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, customer is still responsible for all related charges. Additional 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund transaction.
- Customs and Duty Charges: zCover will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. zCover will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the basic shipping charge, not including customs, duties, taxes, VAT and your local country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.
- Tracking info will ONLY be provided for Expedited service. If your shipping destination is out of the courier service area, courier reserves the right to transfer your package to a reasonable local service provider to continue the delivery service. There may be no tracking details can be provided beyond this point.
- With Canada Postal service, only regular air mail service will be used. NO tracking info can be provided.
- Since no tracking number is assigned (like courier service), delivery to some remote residential areas may take additional days. Please be noted that some individual countries may hold up packages in their Customs up to 30 days long. We are unable to try to locate these orders until the end of 30 days due to post office guidelines.
PO Box Address
- Orders to all P.O. boxes are shipped via Canada Postal Service ONLY.
- For all Canada Postal Service, NO tracking info will be provided.
- We highly recommend that you choose a shipping method which can be tracked. For non-tracked methods of shipping, zCover will not be responsible for lost shipments.
APO/FPO Address
- Orders to APO/FPO are all shipped via Canada Postal Air Service. Although estimated delivery time is 14-21 business days as per Canada Post, but actual delivery times may vary for different APO/FPO addresses.
- Please be noted that NO tracking number can be provided for any Canada Postal service. In addition to the delivery time that it needs to get to the APO or FPO, you will be responsible to arrange the schedule for delivering the package to military and then delivering to you. This could be days or weeks. zCover has no way to speed up this process time. For non-tracked methods of shipping, zCover will not be responsible for lost shipments.
zCover Limited Free Shipping Service
- Free shipping is ONLY available for online orders from zCover Online Store for selected items.
- zCover reserves the right to change, revise or cancel the Free Shipping products without notice.
- zCover do NOT provide any price protection for your previous oders.
- In order to entitle Free Shipping for your order, ALL items included in the same order have to be Free Shipping Products.
- Free shipping item(s) will be shipped via zCover pre-selected shipping method. Normally all free shipping orders will be shipped with Canada Postal Service. zCover reserves the right to change carrier and/or select the shipping method without notice.
- No tracking info will be provided for all Free Shipping orders. Express or International shipping cannot be provided.
- Free shipping applies to zCover Online Store sells and ships to end user customer only.
- Products must be purchased from zCover Online Store to qualify for free shipping.
- Offer is valid only while supplies of qualifying products last. zCover does not guarantee product availability. Displayed availability is strictly a time estimate.
- zCover is not liable for any shipping charges that may incur as a result of an undeliverable shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion except as specifically permitted by the terms and conditions of such other offer or promotion.
- zCover is not responsible for printing errors.
- zCover reserves the right to modify this offer or end the offer at any time without notice
- RETURNS: If customer returns the item(s) for ANY reason except DOA (Defective on Arrival), customer is responsible for all related charges to return to item to zCover.
- If any unclaimed or undeliverable package is returned to us with it's original un-open condition, $15.00 Shipping and Handling fee + additional 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
With Incorrect Shipping Information
- Any missing, incorrect or misleading information, including, but NOT limiting to, missing apartment or suite number, wrong house number, missing company name, wrong zip code, incorrect state, multiple addresses listed in the street field, or any other error which would render the package undeliverable, resulting in being either returned to us, or held by carrier until correct information is provided. Extra cost may be applied. zCover is not responsible for any related cost.
- zCover attempts to ship out all our orders with ZERO error. We try our best to locate any information that we suspect that as an error. zCover reserves the right to hold your order until correct information is clarified. We're NOT responsible for any shipment delay.
- If, however, the items were already shipped out, the incorrect address would render the package to be returned to zCover or held by the shipping carrier for address correction. If any extra cost is accrued, including shipping, duty and brokerage fee, you are responsible to clear all related cost before we release or re ship the order to you.
Refused Order
Should you refuse an order when it arrives at your home or business for any reason, you are responsible for all related cost, including cost for shipping/handling the order to you, and cost of shipping back your order to zCover. For international orders (including all United States Orders under such circumstance), additionally you will be charged for any duties, taxes, brokerage or custom fees associated with your refused order, should zCover be required to pay them in order for us to get the refused order back from your country.
Change or Cancel an Order
You may request to cancel or make change to your order, provided that your order has not already been processed and shipped. No verbal change or cancellation is permitted. All requests have to be sent to our Customer care Center via e mail at customercare@zcover.com ONE HOUR before our cut off time. Please clearly put your On Line Order number on the subject line of your e mail. Normally you will receive an e mail from our Customer Care Center to confirm your changes/cancellation. We'll try our best to make all possible change as you needed, but if the order is already shipped, zCover is not responsible to any related cost accrued.
Damaged Items
We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. If an item arrives as damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt by email at customercare@zCover.com.
Special Shipping Offers

Risk of Loss
Title to items being purchased passes from our online store to purchaser at the time of shipping. Customer takes on full liability for safety and validity of delivery address given to us at the time of purchase. We will not incur any forwarding costs on shipments. We shall not be responsible for damages or delays resulting from Acts of God, war, riot, seizure, terrorist activities, embargo, or other acts or events nothing within the reasonable control of us.

Disclaimer
While we make every effort to ensure the product information and pricing on zCover.com is accurate and current, there may be instances where inaccurate or incomplete data is displayed. In the event item data is incorrect, such as listed with an incorrect price, availability, or with incorrect information, zCover.com shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice.
ZCOVER INC. RETURN POLICY
We believe in offering the best value, quality and selection. Returns will only be accepted on new and unused products you ordered from zCover Mall online store. If you would like to return a product that is in unused condition, you are entitled to a replacement, exchange, refund, or a credit within 30 days of the date of invoice. The refund or credit will not include any shipping and handling charges shown on your invoice. A return refund will be made to customer in the amount of price of the product and charged taxes minus the shipping-handling fees. We do offer one-year limited warranty; please refer to our warranty policy
To return an item
- Fill up our Return request form. You can download it here.
- E-mail the form to our customer care department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order.

- Upon receipt of the RMA number, you must follow the instruction return the item in the original box with all the packaging, accessories and a copy of the original invoice. The RMA number must appear on the outside of the package or the package will be refused.
- Return the package to the following address within 15 days after you receive RMA number via mail, UPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that allows for tracking of the package.

- No collect shipment or any out of Canada shipment requiring a broker or customs fee will be accepted.
- All returns are subject zCover Inc’s approval. We reserves the option to refund, credit or replace items that were damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse, product modification or neglect or damage resulting from the performance of repairs unauthorized by zCover. zCover Inc. reserves the right to refuse returns.
- If the customer returns the item(s) for ANY reason except that it is defective, customer is responsible for outgoing freight as well as return freight.
- All other return policy rules apply Returned item(s) which shipped with zCover limited free shipping service will incur a $15 restocking fee to cover the initial shipping charges.
- For returns, we will issue a credit for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the process. Shipping charges are not refundable. For exchanges, we will ship out the replacement after receiving the exchange balance. shipping will be charged for the new item(s) sent.
ZCOVER INC. PRODUCT WARRANTY
Limited Warranty
zCover Inc. ("zCover") warrants its products (the "Product") against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the first consumer purchaser (the "Warranty Period"). This warranty is not transferable.
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by zCover within the Warranty Period, zCover will, in its sole discretion, either: i) repair the defect at its own charge; ii) exchange the Product with a new Product; or iii) refund the purchase price of the Product. A repaired Product and a replacement Product will either assume the remaining warranty of the Warranty Period of the original Product or will have a warranty of ninety (90) days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer. When a Product is exchanged, the replacement item becomes your property and the replaced Product must be returned to zCover and becomes the property of zCover. When a refund is given, you must return the Product for which the refund is provided to zCover and it becomes the property of zCover.
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty applies only to Products manufactured by zCover that can be identified by the "zCover" trade-mark, trade name or logo affixed to them.
zCover is not responsible for: (a) any damage sustained by any devices used in association with the Product, however caused; and (b) damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Product's use.
Without limitation, this warranty does not apply to: (a) damage caused by use of the Product with a device for which the Product was not intended to be used; (b) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire or other external causes beyond the consumer's reasonable control; (c) physical damage caused by cuts or perforations to the Product; (d) damage caused by regular wear and tear; (e) damage caused by using the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by zCover; (f) a Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AS PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZCOVER SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN AND LATENT DEFECTS. IF ZCOVER CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THEN TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY AND TO REPAIR, REPLACEMENT SERVICE OR REIMBURSEMENT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE AS DETERMINED BY ZCOVER IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZCOVER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR THE DEVICES WITH WHICH THE PRODUCT IS USED, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS ON CONTRACTS), LOSS OF THE USE OF MONEY, LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF REPUTATION, LOSS OF, DAMAGE TO OR CORRUPTION OF DATA, OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE HOWSOEVER CAUSED INCLUDING THE REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, PROGRAMMING, OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA. IN ANY EVENT, ZCOVER’S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE CONSUMER FOR THE PRODUCT.
Consumer Protection Laws
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions or limitations of implied warranties or conditions, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.
In the event that one or more provisions of this warranty is inapplicable, invalid, or unenforceable in your jurisdiction, such provision(s) will be severable from this warranty, the remainder of which will continue to be in full force and effect.
THE APPLICATION OF THE UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION ON CONTRACTS FOR THE INTERNATIONAL SALE OF GOODS IS HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.
Obtaining Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, you must ship the Product, in its original packaging, to zCover at your own expense. You must also include: (a) a copy of your receipt, bill of sale or other comparable proof of purchase; (b) a written description of the problem; and (c) your address and telephone number.
